Booking Health™ is the portal for direct booking of treatment in leading clinics around the world

Booking HealthTM is a direct booking portal for treatment in the world's leading clinics. The portal presents more than 250 clinics with the highest accreditation all around the world. When booking medical services using Booking Health™, patients receive the necessary service and full medical support and save on diagnostics and treatment from 40% to 70% compared to direct contact with the clinic.

The customer approached us with the idea to create a project that would bring medical service to a new level of quality, offering patients a combination of advanced medicine and the highest service, where the patient and his recovery are at the center. Before developing the project, we identified the main tasks that needed to be implemented:

• Develop a concept of the project to present more than 250 clinics in one project
• Perform a comprehensive development of all functional sections of the project
• Work out the UI/UX of the web portal to ensure the most comfortable user interaction with the project
• Develop the design of the web portal
• Technical implementation of the project, including the special scripts for displaying data in a convenient format
• Filling the project with content

The Promodex team decided to implement the project in the following stages:

• Perform niche and competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses
• Analyze the target audience in Europe and the CIS countries to determine the needs of the target audience and the occupancy of the niche
• Create a project concept and work out a complete specification
• Perform analysis of search queries to compile the semantic core of the website
• Create a site structure based on the semantic core
• Work out the UI/UX of the project based on the analytics
• Implement website design
• Implement the required work pool on the front-end and back-end parts
• Test the project, including load tests, usability, performance, and security
• Filling the project with content

The target audience of the project is divided into 2 parts:

• Patients with various diseases who need treatment
• Clinics that are ready to accept patients from abroad for treatment

The Promodex team developed a turnkey solution within 25 working days: from the main idea to the product implementation and conducting a research advertising campaign to assess the perception of a new product by users.

A team of 8 people took part in the project implementation: project manager, business analyst, marketer, UI/UX specialist, SEO specialist, front-end developer, back-end developer, and QA specialist.

The site was developed on the Laravel Framework, as this technology meets all technical requirements, and also allowed us to implement all the necessary functions.
