Correa is a company that provides the largest range of watch accessories and fittings in Ukraine, as well as a wide range of watch repair services.

After the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the company did not stop its work: it continued to provide jobs, pay salaries, and help ZSU and all of Correa's clients. Now it's time to develop the business more actively, which is quite difficult and unsafe to do in Kharkiv. It was for this reason that it was decided to open a branch in Kyiv. This makes it possible not only to expand the business but also to provide more jobs, and expand the possibilities of providing watch repair services.


Business Challenges

To make the opening of a branch in Kyiv as fast and efficient as possible, the Promodex team identified the main tasks:

  • Develop a website for Kyiv
  • Launch new advertising campaigns for this region
  • Perform SEO optimization of the website
  • Use social media ads


Target audiences are:

  • 42% of women 22 - 58 years old
  • 58% of men 21 - 63 years old

The Promodex team decided to implement the project in the following stages:

  1. Develop a website in the shortest possible time based on the previously developed by us online store
  2. Conduct an analysis of the market in Kyiv and the region, the competitive environment to identify strengths and weaknesses and main focuses, and create a media plan for the development of the project
  3. Perform analysis of search queries to compile the semantic core of the website
  4. Create a site structure based on the semantic core
  5. Work out the UI / UX of the project based on the analytics
  6. Create new advertising campaigns for current tasks
  7. Conduct internal and external site optimization to increase organic traffic
  8. Test the project, including load tests, usability, performance, and security


Technical Information

A team of 9 people took part in the project implementation: project manager, business analyst, marketer, UI / UX specialist, SEO specialist, front-end developer, back-end developer, QA specialist, and PPC specialist.

The site was developed using the site management system and CMS Opencart version 3, as this platform meets all technical requirements, as well as customer preferences.
