Business Challenges

The client set the following business tasks that needed to be implemented by the project team:

  • Redesign the brand book.
  • Increase conversions by using the latest design trends and usability.
  • Attract an audience.
  • Leave applications through the site.
  • Implementation of adaptive layout for all types of devices.
  • Posting company vacancies.
  • Publication of company news.
  • Publication of company products.

Audience

The target audience of the project has 2 key segments:

  • IT specialists.
  • Companies that need IT services.

The Promodex team decided to implement the project in the following stages:

  1. Perform niche and competitor analysis.
  2. Analyze the company's services to identify the most promising and sought-after areas for their implementation on the site and maximize conversion.
  3. Perform research on search queries to compile the basic semantic core of the website.
  4. Create a site structure based on the semantic core.
  5. Work out the UI/UX of the project based on the analytics.
  6. Implement website design by the company's brand book and modern web design trends. However, at the same time, do not miss the internal search engine optimization of the resource.
  7. Implement the required work pool on the front-end and back-end parts.
  8. Test the result, including load tests.
  9. The next stage of development will be the creation of B2B and B2C sections of the site: when entering the site, the user selects his affiliation and, depending on it, the content and services provided change.

Technical Information

A team of 8 people took part in the project implementation: project manager, business analyst, marketer, UI/UX specialist, SEO specialist, front-end developer, back-end developer, and QA specialist.

The site was developed using the site management system and CMS WordPress, without using a ready-made template.
