Leatherman Tools is an official Leatherman dealer. Online store of a multi-tool, which allows the company to sell products in Ukraine effectively.

Business Challenges

The customer set precise tasks that needed to be implemented by the project team:

  1. Develop an online store in the corporate style of the Leatherman company;
  2. Increase conversion by using the latest e-commerce design and usability trends;
  3. Attract an audience from the Internet without intermediaries;
  4. The ability for clients to place orders through the website;
  5. Popularization and evolution of the brand in Ukraine;
  6. Implementation of adaptive layout adjustable for all types of devices;
  7. Online payment via the site interface;
  8. Collecting user data.

Audience

The Promodex team decided to implement the project in the following stages:

  1. Do a niche and competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses.
  2. Conduct an analysis of the target audience, identify the most promising regions, the response of the target audience, and create a new concept for our project.
  3. Perform analysis of search queries to compile the semantic core of the website.
  4. Create a site structure based on the semantic core.
  5. Work out the UI / UX of the project based on the analytics.
  6. Implement website design by the company's brand book and modern web design trends.
  7. Implement the required work pool on the front-end and back-end parts.
  8. Test the project, including load tests, usability, performance, and security.

The Promodex team implemented a turnkey solution in 27 working days: from the client's request to the implementation of the website and its launch.

  1. The site is in the PageSpeed Insights green zone, which was an important parameter for the site's SEO optimization.
  2. The design and structure of the site are in line with modern trends and usability.
  3. Due to the high-quality optimization of the website, in the first 3 months, the site got into the TOP 10 search results for high-frequency key queries.
  4. During test advertising campaigns, the customer received 25 new clients in 1 month of work.

Value Delivered

The Promodex team developed a turnkey solution within 25 working days: from the main idea to the product implementation and conducting a research advertising campaign to assess the perception of a new product by users.

A team of 9 people took part in the implementation of the project: project manager, business analyst, marketer, UI/UX specialist, SEO specialist, PPC specialist, front-end developer, back-end developer, and QA specialist.

The site was developed using the site management system and CMS Opencart version 3, as this platform meets all technical requirements and customer preferences.
