Bankroll is an independent financial platform for poker players and agents, built for Ukraine and the international market. The service lets users exchange funds securely and creates a convenient financial ecosystem for an iGaming community that needs fast peer-to-peer settlements.

Challenges

The poker community lacked a dedicated service for P2P transfers: settlements between players and agents had to become transparent, fast and free of unnecessary bureaucracy. The goal was a platform where transactions happen in real time and new users get the hang of the interface in a few clicks.

The audience: professional and online players, poker agents who manage groups of users and their balances, and referral users who build a partner network.

Solution

Financial logic first. At the specification stage we defined the P2P transaction mechanics, three request types — R (Request), C (Complete), O (Open) — user permissions and the database structure.
A multi-level request system. Every request goes through status checks, confirmation and commission calculation, and the full history is stored. Status updates arrive in real time.
Telegram authorization. Registration and login run through the Telegram Bot API, and the bot also sends notifications. Users talk to each other in an asynchronous chat with push notifications.
Referral program and CRM. Users earn bonuses for friends after their successful transactions. Administrators work in a separate panel with balances, profile verification and statistics.
Financial testing and launch. We separately tested transactions, the Telegram bot and database performance, and set up activity logging and GA4 analytics.
