Background

ProERP is a Ukrainian startup - a SaaS service for accounting, financial, and warehouse accounting for small and medium-sized businesses. The project was developed on the Laravel framework from scratch: the client came to the Promodex team with only a business idea. Our team helped to digitize the idea and turn it into an implementation plan qualitatively. As a result, the client received the implementation of the MVP of this startup, as well as the implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote it.

Business Challenges

Before developing the project, we identified the main tasks that needed to be implemented:

  1. Perform a multi-factor analysis of the Ukrainian CRM/ERP software to determine the needs of the market and work out the concept of software to cover all main business needs.
  2. Develop a project and implement the following sections within the software of the accounting system: commodity accounting, warehouse accounting, accounting, financial accounting, maintaining a product range, accounting for deliveries and shipments, customer accounting, and CRM functionality for working with a customer database.
  3. Perform a comprehensive development of all functional sections of the CRM/ERP software.
  4. Work out the UI/UX of the software to ensure the most comfortable user interaction with the project.
  5. Develop the design of the software, including all related materials: brand book, media kit, and post templates for design on all popular social networks such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  6. Technical implementation of the web software, including the front part of the project and variants of the user's personal account: administrator, supply manager, sales manager, warehouse manager, financier, product group manager, personnel manager, and many other roles.
  7. To ensure the promotion of the project on the Internet and help to come to a leading position in the Ukrainian market.

Audience

The Promodex team decided to implement the project in the following stages:

  1. Perform niche and competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses.
  2. Analyze the Ukrainian market to identify the most responsive audience.
  3. Create a project concept and work out a complete software structure.
  4. Perform analysis of search queries to compile the semantic core of the presentational website.
  5. Create a site structure based on the semantic core.
  6. Work out the UI/UX of the project based on the analytics.
  7. Implement website design and client dashboard design following the brand book and modern web design trends.
  8. Implement the required work pool on the front-end and back-end parts.
  9. Develop an interface for different types of personal user accounts.
  10. Test the project, including load tests, usability, performance, and security.
  11. Realize the project promotion on the Ukrainian market.

The Promodex team implemented a turnkey solution within 160 working days: from the client's request to the implementation of the web version of the software and its launch in beta mode. At the moment, active work continues on the project, which includes both technical support and marketing services for the active promotion of the project.

  1. The web version is in the PageSpeed Insights green zone, which was an essential parameter for the site's SEO optimization.
  2. According to the test results, a group of the target audience spoke positively about the usability of the software. its structure and atmosphere. We received more than 90% positive feedback.
  3. Software got its first customers in the first month without any ad budget.

Value Delivered

The Promodex team developed a turnkey solution within 25 working days: from the main idea to the product implementation and conducting a research advertising campaign to assess the perception of a new product by users.

A team of 17 people took part in the project implementation: project managers (1x Senior and 1x Middle), business analyst (2x Senior), marketer, UI/UX specialist, SEO specialist (1x Middle), front-end developer (1x Senior, 2x Middle), back-end developer (1x Senior, 2x Middle), and QA specialists (3x Middle), content manager.

The site was developed using the Laravel Framework, as this platform meets all technical requirements and customer preferences.

Responsive version of the website:
