RECRAFT is an online store of motorcycle accessories. We started our journey in 2009 and owned a small motorcycle repair shop. After that, we decided to try to make protection on our own and this direction developed rapidly. Now there is an online store of their products. Thus, the company's customers receive the highest quality product at an adequate cost.

Business Challenges

The customer set precise tasks that needed to be implemented by the project team:

  1. Develop a multifunctional online store to enter the online market;
  2. Increase conversion by using the latest e-commerce design trends and usability;
  3. Attract an audience in the Internet environment without intermediaries;
  4. Place orders through the website;
  5. Popularization and development of the brand;
  6. Implementation of adaptive layout for all types of devices;
  7. Sales of products to the EU and US markets.

Audience

The Promodex team decided to implement the project in the following stages:

  1. Do a niche and competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses.
  2. Conduct an analysis of the target audience, identify the most promising regions, the response of the target audience, and create a new concept for our project.

  6. Implement website design by the company's brand book and modern web design trends.
  7. Implement the required work pool on the front-end and back-end parts.
  8. Test the project, including load tests, usability, performance, and security.

  1. The site is in the PageSpeed ​​Insights green zone, which was an important parameter for the site's SEO optimization.
  2. The design and structure of the site are in line with modern trends and usability.
  3. Due to the high-quality optimization of the website, in the first 3 months, the site got into the TOP-10 search results for high-frequency key queries.
  4. 3 months after the development of the site, the Customer noted that the attention to the brand as a whole has increased both from the target audience and companies of a similar direction.

Value Delivered

The Promodex team developed a turnkey solution within 25 working days: from the main idea to the product implementation and conducting a research advertising campaign to assess the perception of a new product by users.

A team of 8 people took part in the project implementation: project manager, business analyst, marketer, UI/UX specialist, SEO specialist, front-end developer, back-end developer, and QA specialist.

The site was developed using the site management system and CMS Opencart version 3, as this platform meets all technical requirements and customer preferences.
