We received a very interesting task - to transfer offline business to online. The client has several offline points in different cities in Ukraine, but there was no online store. The essence of the task was not just to develop a website, but to think over a business idea: how offline points will be synchronized with an online store, convert price lists into an online format, organize the work of managers, etc. Before developing the project, we identified the main tasks that needed to be implemented:
- Make research on the client's business to find out how everything works now, and give recommendations on what and how to improve, and what to add.
- Explore competitors, their chips, and mistakes.
- To study the platforms where the target audience most often lives, and highlight their preferences and priorities.
- Develop a concept of the project.
- Perform a comprehensive development of all functional sections of the project.
- Work out the UI/UX of the web portal to ensure the most comfortable user interaction with the project.
- Develop the design of the web portal.
- Technical implementation of the project, including the special scripts for displaying data in a convenient format.
- Filling the project with content.
Audience
The target audience is quite wide, as there are more than 600,000 different items of goods in the online store, which allows you to cover the needs of any user.
The Promodex team decided to implement the project in the following stages:
- Perform niche and competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Create a project concept and work out a complete specification.
- Perform analysis of search queries to compile the semantic core of the website.
- Create a site structure based on the semantic core.
- Work out the UI/UX of the project based on the analytics.

Technical Information
