This Privacy Policy explains what personal information promodex.agency collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. It is written with United States privacy laws in mind, including applicable state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and, for visitors from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. WHO WE ARE

The website is operated by Promodex Corp. (“Promodex”, “we”, “us”), 1603 Capitol Avenue, Suite 413-D114, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA. For any questions about your personal information, email us at [email protected].

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information you provide through the “Get a Quote” and “Contact” forms: your name, phone number, email address, Telegram username, preferred contact method, the services you select, your message, and any files you attach (for example, a project brief or specification). Required fields are marked in the form.

Information collected automatically: the page you submitted the form from, your landing page, the traffic source (search engine, ad, social network, AI assistant, or another website) and UTM tags; your IP address (used to protect our forms from spam); and data from cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

We do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not ask you to send government-issued ID or other identity documents.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

To respond to your request, prepare a project estimate, and discuss your project, based on your consent given in the form and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

To protect the website and forms from spam and abuse, based on our legitimate interest.

To analyze website traffic, measure the effectiveness of our advertising, and improve the website, based on your consent to the use of cookies where such consent is required.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. We do not send you marketing emails without your separate consent.

4. WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH

Your information is available only to Promodex team members who need it to handle your request. Some of our team members work outside the United States. To run the website, we use third-party service providers that process data on our behalf: our hosting provider (storing the website, the request database, and attached files); our email service (requests are delivered to our company mailbox); Telegram (new-request notifications for the responsible team member); Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads) and Meta (Meta Pixel) for analytics and advertising.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Each provider has its own privacy policy and data protection safeguards.

We may disclose information when required by law, for example in response to a valid request from a court or government authority.

5. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We keep requests and attached files for as long as we need them to discuss and deliver the project, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or by a contract. If you withdraw your consent, we delete the related data unless we have another lawful basis to keep it. Analytics providers retain data according to their own settings and policies.

6. COOKIES

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. We use essential cookies to make the website and forms work (for example, the session and remembering the traffic source for your request), and analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel) to understand where visitors come from and which pages they find useful.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the forms work. Our website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: know what personal information we process, for what purpose, and with whom we share it; access your information; correct inaccurate information; request deletion of your information or restriction of its processing; withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing carried out before you withdraw it); object to processing based on our legitimate interest; and, for EEA and UK residents, receive your data in a portable format. California residents and residents of other states with similar laws have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it) and will not be discriminated against for exercising their rights.

To exercise your rights, email us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within 30 days, or within the time required by the law that applies to you. EEA and UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

8. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

The website uses a secure HTTPS connection. Files attached to requests are stored outside the public part of the website and cannot be opened by a direct link. Only authorized team members have access to requests.

9. CHILDREN

Our website and services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The new version takes effect when it is published on this page; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
