Patients search for and compare medical programs and clinics worldwide and submit treatment requests, so clear search, data accuracy and privacy compliance are critical for the service.

Challenges

The task was to combine a medical marketplace, an inquiry system and a clinic map on a single site, make it convenient for patients and medical centers in different countries, and ensure personal data is handled in compliance with GDPR.

The platform is used by patients seeking treatment abroad; clinics that list their programs and receive inquiries; medical coordinators who support patients; and international partner agencies.

Solution

Catalog architecture. We defined the key medical fields, the structure of categories and filters, geolocation-based search scenarios and the inquiry logic. The structure was designed so the platform can easily expand to new countries, languages and treatment areas.
Search and maps. Dynamic filters and clinic locations displayed on Google Maps and Leaflet, so patients can immediately see where a clinic is located.
Clinic pages people trust. Description, YouTube video presentations, reviews, ratings and a booking form, all on one page.
Inquiries and analytics. A search API and an inquiry system that passes requests to the CRM. GA4, GTM, DoubleClick Floodlight, Microsoft Advertising and Twitter Ads provide multichannel tracking of conversions and inquiries.
Privacy and performance. Cookie consent management via Cookiebot, Cybot and Cookie Control; faster page loading with Rocket Loader.
