Pieme is an international online investment platform that makes participation in the hotel business more accessible to private investors. Users browse residences, evaluate investment opportunities and projected returns, and proceed to sign-up or the marketplace. Promodex contributed to the development and improvement of the platform's interfaces.

Challenges

Investing in hotel real estate is a complex financial model, and it had to be presented in a simple, clear and visually compelling way. Promodex contributed to the development of the platform's front end on React and Next.js: responsive interfaces for desktop and mobile, the presentation of investment properties, and flows leading to sign-up and the marketplace.

The platform is designed for private investors with a small starting budget, novice investors, marketplace users comparing properties, mobile audiences, and real estate partners.

Solution

Structure audit. We reviewed the platform's key sections — Home, How it works, Residences, Marketplace, Blog — and individual residence pages.
User flow. We adapted the path from first encountering the platform to browsing properties and proceeding to sign-up.
Investment property cards. A visual presentation of residences with return metrics, funding statuses, target amounts and investment details.
Component-based responsive layout. Interfaces on React and Next.js with Tailwind CSS and Lucide icons, designed mobile-first and rendering correctly on desktop.
Speed and sharing. Turbopack, Priority Hints and PWA for fast platform performance; pages are prepared for indexing and display on social media.
